Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

$18/hr

Garland, TX

Monday- Saturday 9-6pm (5 days a week) but must work Saturdays 9-6pm

Job Summary

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business and nurturing existing customer relationships through inbound and outbound sales activities conducted remotely. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, and closing sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings
  • Qualify leads and identify customer needs to recommend appropriate products or services
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through close
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with marketing, account management, and sales leadership to optimize sales strategies
  • Respond to inbound inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations as needed
  • Follow up consistently to build long-term customer relationships
  • Stay informed on product offerings, pricing, and competitive landscape

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • 1-3 years of inside sales, customer service, or call-center experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B or SaaS sales
  • Familiarity with lead-generation tools and sales automation platforms
  • Consultative or solution-selling background
